Poor WiFi coverage after Full Fibre with eero 6

I had Full Fibre installed recently. It came with an eero 6 router which I installed in the same place as the previous router. The line speed and reliability seem good.

However the WiFi coverage is much poorer. Some upstairs bedrooms now don't get a usable connection.

I was expecting at least as good coverage as the previous router, if not better.

What's the solution?
