Hi. I have just cancelled my contract and been advised that I will have 42 days to return the equipment, else a penalty fee will be applied. However I will be out the country for that period. Is it possible to get an extension? I was on the phone to customer service to discuss but after waiting a prolonged period the line went dead. Thanks in advance.
