You'll need to complete your community forum profile details, @Davielovat.
Staff need this to identify your account. Go via your avatar and settings. From the drop down menu select Personal Information.
Add your Talktalk phone number or account number and your name.
In Private Notes, near the end of that section add your NEW address. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will pick this up after the Bank Holiday.
