For the third time engineer did not turn up. Whilst reaching for the phone I got a call from said Openreach engineer to say he was attending today to carry out a survey, not installation. At the same time I got a text to say that the problem was 'fixed' and that my new go live was 27 March. This process started on 9 Jan. On contacting TT ( for over an hour) including complaints I got nothing but weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth, but ultimately no resolution. Thoroughly pee'd off. Tortuous and pointless exercise.

Im sorry to read this, Your complaint is still open and notes advise that there is a call booked for the 6th March the complaint manager will have more information.
