Hi there my wire is so short (90cm) from the connection box to the
eero that I have it on books. Just wonder if I can buy another on amazon
and what to purchase does it have to be any special type.
Thanks

"Just spent 20 mins talking to talktalk advisor who in the end said buy one from amazon"
That's why i tend to ask a question here first then head over to live chat as most of the time you get an answer here before you get through to an actual person and get sorted on live chat.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply.
Just spent 20 mins talking to talktalk advisor who in the end said buy one from amazon and we'll
refund the money. But they didn't say what type.
So I'm very grateful as I now know what I'm looking for 🙂

Eero devices typically come with a standard Ethernet cable included in the packaging, which is usually a CAT6a cable, allowing for compatibility with most devices and supporting high speeds; you can use this cable to connect your Eero to your modem or other wired devices directly.
If you have two cables you can join them using an adaptor similar to the one at the bottom -
