Hi, I'm on the fibre 900 package but I've never been able to get speeds above 500. I was previously on fibre 500 but the upgrade does not seem to have had any effect.

Watching this one as I've just gone from the 500 to the 900 service but my speeds are still the same as the 500 service. Only just connected up the new Eero box tonight so not sure if it takes a day or so to rise. Got the email from TT saying my service was now live but doesn't look like it so far.
