Hi All

 

Logged into my account to see what deals were available to renew my fibre 150 plus TV to discover it is fibre only.

 

Been with talktalk for a very long time but I use sky sports a lot.

 

I read a post that I could continue to get sky sports via the now TV app and then another that said you couldn't with talktalk going forward. So I'm confused and don't want to sign up to renew to discover it will stop now or in the future.

Thanks. I thought it odd they only offered the same speed at £11 dearer than what new customers are offered. Previously there was a choice between different faster speeds.

Karl will answer the first point I am sure. As for upgrading, if you have a Full Fibre service already there is nothing to prevent that, it may just be that the renewal available via My Account does not cover this.  Far better to contact the loyalty team directly and they will be able to go through all the options.

Can I double check that as my current now tv was with talktalk that I have nothing to cancel with them and I just renew my fibre and start now tv direct with them?

 

Do you know why I wouldn't be offered a higher speed option for my renewal?

Hi

 

TalkTalk no longer offer NOW TV add to bill services or offers.  To watch or subscribe to Sky Sports or any other Sky content, you will have to go directly to NOW TV.
