Terrible connection a d getting no help

My Internet has been dropping on and off for ages now. They even got me a new router but still the same. They tried asking me questions and getting me to do things which made no difference. It would work for a day and end of day will drop off

 This is Soo annoying

Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @Penny21.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will be back during the day. They are on here Monday to Friday. 

 

They'll probably need to check your line with the router plugged in at the test socket, so it's helpful if you can set it up like that before the morning.
