OK, try changing the DNS server settings: login to the router and then click on See internet settings > Manage advanced settings > Internet connectivity > DNS IPv4. It will show Obtain DNS Automatically. Click on that and select Manually Specify DNS. Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Primary and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary server boxes. Click Apply at the bottom. I have been using it everyday for months
I have never used the homeSafe
I can connect my laptop to my iPhone and i can connect to the screenconnect.com site using my phone

Were you able to access the site previously? Which make/model of router do you have and are you using HomeSafe?
