Upgrade to 150 plus digital voice

I've just been upgraded to full fibre  ( 9th Aug) and all is working. However the digital voice part of the upgrade has not happened as my landline is still connected to the old copper line? My question is will the number be ported to VoIP at  a later date if so what is the timescale. In addition I expected the VoIP adapter to be sent with the router but it was not included in the package ( I had to chase for the router as it didn't arrive until a day after install ). Will the adapter be sent once the port has taken place.

Any help/advise would be welcomed.

Thanks for the prompt reply Karl. I'll  keep an eye out for the phone disconnecting from the copper.

Hi

equipment is in the process of being sent out but I can see that the package is still showing as inactive at the moment so is yet to fully complete. This includes the voice aspect, so the system will wait for all orders to fully complete on the openreach side before it all shows as active.
