Hi community, I've recently decided to update from fibre 65 to Full Fibre 150 and have been told i will recieve a new router and other hardware by post Before the Engineer arives it's now only a few days to go and I still have not recieved anything, how many days before is it usual to get router and other items

Many thanks for your reply and explanation (Seems a backward step from TT) but can now stop bothering about passwords for the app. Just wish when you phone TT there are people like yourself with the correct answers, again thank you, the TT community is such a great place to solving problems

Thanks for the update and i'm glad to hear this 🙂 In regards to the digital voice app - The Digital Voice App is now only available to existing users who have already registered for access to the app. New registrations for new and existing customers are not possible at this time.

Hi Chris, after some more phone calls i have received the voice adapter this morning connected it up, all working OK can receive calls perfectly (Hope I'm not pushing my luck early) but at moment perfect!!
Can I ask another question how do I get the voice app to work on my mobile phone, it keeps asking me for a pin number to sign in, does TT have to send me a number/ password??

Hi Full Fibre 150 set up by open reach yesterday great engineer talked me though everything, all working OK both up and down speed as they should be.
One problem asked him about landline and his response yes give me the box talktalk sent you and we'll set it up !! One big problem Talktalk only sent out the eero router, so on the phone to TT and have been promised one will be sent out but could be 5-6 days asked them to prioritise it as it was TT fault she promised to do her best !!! 😡 we do need the landline for incoming calls

Just been looking at another posting and it looks as if router arrives just couple of days before engineer so got four more days to go before engineer arrives !!
So looks as if I'm panicking to soon.
