I don't think VoIP can simply be activated, I think this would need a cease and re-provide (if it possible at all). This would mean that your current service would be ceased and a new service ordered. I'll look into this and get back to you

no this was cut off by openreach when fibre 500 was installed. there was no dial tone at all.

yes was installed 16th feb just put a fibre line in. now want a voip setup installing. wasnt told that it was an option when told about upgrading from fibre 65.
