Hi,

I just upgraded to the  Fibre 500 Voip with Eero router which is absolutely fantastic but the WIFI only goes to the next door room , the old router I used to have would go all over the house. Are there any WIFI extenders you recommend for the Eero router?

Thanks

Tim

Hi Michelle,

Unfortunately I didn't keep my old router, I sent it back in the blue bag you provided to return old equipment

Thanks

Hi Tim,

Ok thanks for confirming. Does your previous router still work with your FTTP connection?

Thanks

Hi Tim,

Can I just confirm, how many eeros do you currently have?

Thanks

Which router did you have previously, have you tried that with your new connection? The eero is very much designed as part of a mesh system, which is likely to require additional units for best coverage. The support team will advise further when they are back online from tomorrow.
