Hi,
Following on from my topic FF150/FF500, I have connected the new Hub that arrived today for my new FF500 Data Only Plan( Starting this Monday).
A few devices have connected when I have changed the Wireless Password to the one I had previously. The TV and the Manhattan Recordable Box are not connecting. Both are telling me that "Your connected to the Network but no internet is detected" I have re-booted both devices and entered the correct passwords for each device but still not connecting. My Firestick has connected automatically.
I have also entered IP/DNS settings manually and used the WPS.
I,m only testing the new Hub but will probably revert back to my Eero set-up.
I haven,t even tested up-stairs to see what the Wifi is like there.
TIA
Cheers.

The Manhattan HD Box tells me I,m connected to my Home Network by WiFi but no Internet is detected. So how is this happening when my phone IS connected and on the same Network!!!
Plot thickens 😪

And an extender won't solve your device connection issues I'm afraid. 😕

Ak OK, so let's see what next Monday brings. You said "this Monday" which threw me!

No, not yet, Monday is the Go Live Day.
Maybe one of the staff reading this could maybe send out a WiFi Extender to test with 😉.
Just wanted to see what the range was on the Hub..looks like it,s not as good as the eeros. Now I have an X Box not connecting upstairs although his I-Phone is and his work lap-top.
Done a speed test upstairs just now and getting less than half to what I,m getting downstairs 😡
Cheers

Ah, so you're not on the 500 package yet?

Similar, around the 148/150 mBs on my phone. Will check around house.
Had changed the SSID/Password within Router with my previous and a few devices connected immediately.

No worries. I had similar issues. Changed SSID to existing assuming all previously connected devices would simply do so again. Nope.
How is the new speed working for you, though?

It,s the Copper-coloured front plate, Fast 5359 with software version...SGEK10004A00. Funny thing is now that I have checked, the Apps on the TV work but within Settings it,s not connected to Internet!!! but the Record box is not. TV in kitchen is not connecting either. I,m leaving it connected to see if any of the familys, devices connect up-stairs. Son works from home so will see in morning.
Ta for the reply

Which iteration of the Hub 3 do you have btw, is it a different design with a blue light at the bottom, or similar to previous Sagemcom models with the copper coloured front plate?

Sorry to see that Gerry, horses for courses. Keith swears by the Hub 3, I swear at it! 😉
