Yale Alarm Hub suddenly offline since this morning. Having powered off the Yale hub, EERO and ONT for 30 minutes to reset, the Yale hub says offline.
I had this problem when setting up the EERO in Jan/Feb 2024, but changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8, which has been fine ever since, so confused as to the sudden issue today.
The Yale Hub shows as a connected device on the EERO app, with no obvious issue.
Any ideas please?

Hi Chris,
EERO app is still showing custom DNS as 8.8.8.8 for IPv4 Primary & Seconday.

Just a thought but have you checked that the DNS servers haven't changed back to the defaults?

@Gondola I've seen your name pop up on a couple of threads, if you could shed any light please?
Just to confirm, my Yale Hub is a wired connection to the EERO.
