error code 502

“Hi, my website is showing a 502 Bad Gateway error when I turn on my laptop. Is it  possible to check if the server is down or if there’s a misconfiguration on your end?” I get the same message on my iPhone. 

I'm an 81 year old if anyone can help in laymens terms it would be appreciated. Thank you. Oh, and I have full fibre 150.

Hi, Yes, after the initial wait while the error code goes the laptop then restarts as normal and I can use all web sites as usual, but, if there are links in the websites they dont work anymore.

Here is an example....

"pottersleisure2.acemlnb.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem."

@Barrowman, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just to double check on other things. If I may kindly ask, apart from that particular website, are you able to access other websites?
