Can you block the one you've had for 3 years to test if maybe that's the cause. Thanks

Hi there @Barrowman, I'll need you to check if you have any ad blockers installed on your devices as that too can be the course. I'll be investigating in the meantime on my end while you check on that. Thanks

Hello again. Sorry it's been a while as I had to wait for help from my son. he has tried all you surgested but

was unable to resolve the issues, the only thing he couldn't do was to reset the bios to the default setting

as that did not appear as you surgested it would when entering the default settings page.

Thank you for providing the additional information. The message "CMOS checksum is invalid - CMOS reset (502)" typically indicates an issue with the BIOS settings on your PC, which can be related to the CMOS battery. This battery helps retain BIOS settings when the computer is powered off.

Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:

Check the CMOS Battery: If your PC is older, the CMOS battery may need to be replaced. This is usually a CR2032 battery located on the motherboard.

Reset BIOS Settings: You can try resetting the BIOS to its default settings. This can often resolve checksum errors. You can usually do this by entering the BIOS setup during startup (often by pressing a key like F2, DEL, or ESC) and selecting the option to load default settings.

Update BIOS: If the problem persists, consider checking for a BIOS update from your motherboard manufacturer’s website. An update can sometimes resolve underlying issues.

If you're not comfortable performing these steps or if the problem continues after trying them, please let me know, and I can assist you further.

Thank you, I look forward to helping you resolve this issue!

No, I refer you back to my original post. It's when I first turn my laptop on it comes up with the message and I then have to wait for it to re-boot itself then the internet works - the links in mail still wont work either...

Thank you for confirming with feedback @Barrowman as I now assume that it's the links you are trying to access that are giving you issues when accessing since the internet works fine. Correct?

Deleteing History made no difference. I just checked my phone and it says the following.

Password Incorrect

Enter the password for the iMap account

"My Mail" account

If this means anything,

I understand and I really appreciate for you giving out a helping hand on your end with this.

@Barrowman, how's your browsing history? I will kindly ask for you to try clearing your browser history, access the site once more and re-try accessing the link that's giving you issues.

Kindly confirm with feedback once done.
