Hello. The ethernet ports on my router are not working - they have been checked by the CCTV engineer which connects into the ports by cable. All other internet functions are working.
As the ports are faulty, please can you send me a new router. I have tried live chat but go nowhere with the questions! Thank You
Zigpop

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just check before we send the replacement router, have you also tried factory resetting the router?
Thanks
Michelle
