Got Fibre installation on Tuesday 14th January, City Fibre installed it, Black ONN box has 4 solid Green lights but no Internet, router staying solid orange, spent all day Wednesday dealing with the customer service, getting sent from one person to another, after speaking to the 4th person he said my account has not been activated for the fibre and it will take 5 days, i have been a loyal customer for years, i didn't ask for the free upgrade, so now no phone or Internet working

How did they install full fibre if you didn't ask or agree to the upgrade?
