I was meant to be getting fibre installation on the 20th December had to wait into 14 Feb 2025 been told they'll give me 300 pounds in compensation, still heard nothing been well over a month. Still waiting.

When will the manager speak to me then as I've been waiting nearly 45 days for my money, I've been asking alot to makesure I'm getting it noone telling me exactly when.

Was it an Openreach or Cityfibre installation, @Kellymyra92 [it just depends, as it affects how staff chase this up]?
