Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved. Is everything working ok now?

This fault is still with Openreach, no additional updates have been provided at the moment.

Was transferred from Shell energy, So sagecom, Router is flashing orange, doesnt matter if wired or wirelss the internet does not work

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and the fault is currently with a line engineer.

 

I will check for further updates on this fault later this afternoon.

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-


1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What package are you on?
3. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router?
4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
