As i have impaired hearing I do not use the present service enough and I want to transfer my account from this service to your evenings and weekend tariff only with immediate effect so will you please come back to me and confirm that this is going to be done Alan Duffield A/c XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS.

Did you previously have the Anytime Calls Boost, @92Airways*66?
That needs to be removed first. If you can't do it in My Account, staff can remove it for you.
Then evening and weekends can be added as a new boost. Minimum one month.
Any unused days on the previous boost will be refunded pro rata in your next bill.
But staff need you to complete your community forum profile details first, to identify your account.
Add your Talktalk phone number in the profile area. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
I have removed your account details from the public thread. Information of that sort should always be in the profile area only.
