Hi.

I have received a text from you informing me that my call boost discount is ending on the 20th of

this month.

I would like to continue with this so could you please let me know how to renew it.

Many thanks.

Hi Trubshore

I can see that the boost has now been renewed at half price for the next 24 months.

Regards

There's no guarantee of getting a discounted boost unless Talktalk's running a deal, @Trubshore.

So ring up / use Chat close to when it expires and you may be lucky with the agent you get.

If they can give you a deal, they remove the boost first and replace it with the new deal, so you should get emails in that case confirming that it's both been removed and also replaced.

If they can't do a deal, just leave it as is if you make enough phone calls for it to be worthwhile.

Individual calls (without the boost) to ordinary landline numbers are 24p per minute (higher than expected, if you research the market....) so over £1.00 clocks up in less than 5 minutes!

Your boost will run normally for the duration of your contract, any discount on that boost may well end, as it would seem to in your case, after a shorter period of time. For instance, if you had this applied to your account on an 18 month contract, it might be with a 50% discount on the boost's cost for say the first 12 months. So after that, the boost is charged at the normal price shown in your MyAccount.
