Hi guys, Caller Display has stopped working, just shows as Incoming Call on handset display. Also when I noticed this today it wasn't put through to my mobile via the TalkTalk Digital Voice app. Can you help, please?

Just tested again now and gone back to showing "Incoming Call," no number. So I am trying the 30 minute shutdown you suggested. Will test again in a bit and get back to you.

Calls to our landline are so rare these days. But I did try a test call just now and all seems well. Sorry for wasting your time with this.

@ferguson, I've found that it does this, on and off, even with my ordinary ADSL. Have never bothered to report it and it just comes back by itself. Rather flaky software or something. 

 

Even my mum's number has little phases of just being an "incoming call", despite being a frequent caller, and then just as suddenly reverts to the normal proper display.

Hi Debbie. I hadn't yet got around to the switch off you suggested. But, I just happened to get a call and all seems to be working again. So, just one of those things? Thanks again to you and Michelle for your prompt assistance and advice. 🙂
