Caller ID Stopped Working

Hi,

Can someone assist me with getting my Caller ID back on my line please?

I've had it for years on my landline, but since switching to Full Fibre 150 and now adding TT Digital Voice service, all callers just show as "anonymous ".

The Caller ID is showing as ON in my account settings, but it's not actually showing any numbers.

Please start your own thread, @Carlhuntley as staff only follow up for the original poster.

It’s the same for me. Every call now showing up as withheld, including friends and family. It’s frustrating

Our faults escalations team have advised that this should now be resolved.
