Sorry Michelle , the quick fix you suggested lasted about 24hrs I've now lost it again, but thanks anyway , I've switched it off again from my add ons and will try again tomorrow, obviously a fault with the lines.

OK Caller Display back on didn't notice had to log out and then log back in to take effect, instruction wasn't very clear.

No can do, I have ticked to put on when I confirm it disappears, probably have to wait until my previous "Cancelled" instruction is rectified , I'll try again in a couple of hours.

No, as soon as I noticed it wasn't working, yet again, I followed Michelle's instruction to take it off and wait a couple of hours before turning it back on, which I did and it worked albeit for a short while,
