Sorry Michelle , the quick fix you suggested lasted about 24hrs I've now lost it again, but thanks anyway , I've switched it off again from my add ons and will try again tomorrow, obviously a fault with the lines.

No Chris not working at the moment, tried three times yesterday over a six hour span, didn't work twice but did work on the middle try.

OK Caller Display back on didn't notice had to log out and then log back in to take effect, instruction wasn't very clear.

No can do, I have ticked to put on when I confirm it disappears, probably have to wait until  my previous "Cancelled" instruction is rectified , I'll try again in a couple of hours.

Could you switch it back on in My Account and let me know when you've done this. I'll then take a look to see if I can see anything stopping it working on our side

No, as soon as I noticed it wasn't working, yet again, I followed Michelle's instruction to take it off and wait a couple of hours before turning it back on, which I did and it worked albeit for a short while,
