I have fibre 150 plan which will soon be expiring. I’ve been on line to check my boosts but find I cannot cancel my telephone boost myself, as I’m a single household and a low user I’d hoped to do this. I’ve tried customer services to no avail, being told to do it on line myself can anyone help with my request

Customer services should jolly well be doing it for you when it doesn't work online (which seems to be the case more often than not these days, @Jun-473, so they should be well aware).
Give them another go on 03451 720088.
