I'm looking to renew my broadband contract and noticed I'm being charged £16 per month for anytime calls. I've tried to cancel in 'Manage My Boosts' but amazingly it does not have the facility to cancel this outdated landline package!
Can you please cancel this and put me on standard call rates so I can then finalise my renewal.

I too am having difficulty cancelling my phone boost. I hope the Support Team can do it for me because I can’t do it online.

@AnnJon, remember that standard rates to ordinary landline numbers add up quickly at 24p per minute etc.
So less than 67 minutes of phone calls per month comes to £16.00, and that's not allowing for rounding to the complete minute.
Not a worry if just using the phone for incoming calls and free numbers to call out.

I have successfully removed the Unlimited UK calls boost for you, I will send you a private message of your monthly charge going forward. Please note the Unlimited UK calls boost is an odd on meaning it only has a 30 day commitment, you can add it anytime in future should you require it. Your calls will now be charged at standard rate.

Hi there @AnnJon . If I remove the boost for you, you will only be able to finalize your contract renewal after 24 hours, as they will be an inflight order. Should I proceed and remove it?
