@aquilegia, only ordinary landline numbers [01,02 and 03] and ordinary mobiles are covered for up to an hour at a time. 0800 etc and emergency numbers are free in the usual way. 

It's 0845, and other business numbers that don't fit into this category eg 0870, 09....etc.
