My lastest bill was higher and i can see someone has been making phone calls from my number.
I dont have a phone plugged in and have never made a call in the 3years i have been with you
I keep getting texts and emails about opening and closing cases that i am not creating since the 10th of Sep, last one was yesturday 3rd october. I even had a enginer ring me (10 spet) saying things were being looked into my landline but i explained that i did not ring or complain about an issue.
I noticed last night what was going on and but a block on moblies and a limit of £10 whilst i went to work.
I can see that today that a phone call was made to your support number from my phone for 45 mins, again this was not me. I can only assume they have tried to phone someone and it hasnt worked due to the block which is why they phoned you under my number.
I have phoned my landline and lo and behold someone answered. As stated above i do not have a phone plugged in, i also live alone.
I belive my landine has been crossed and it is the other people who are contacting you about an issue. Especailly today after i put a block on mobiles. Yet i am being charged for their calls and recieing all the info about their compliants.
Please look into this asap, i have tried to post once but its not showing up in my account.

Can you dial 17070 and whatever number is read back can you add it to your community profile.
An engineer may need to go out.

You need to at least try Chat support over the weekend or phone 03451 720088 on Saturday.

If you are able to borrow a landline handset, plug it in and dial 17070.
The number you have been crossed with will be read back, if this is what has happened (it's not as uncommon as you might think, sadly).
It will help support get to the bottom of this more quickly if you know the relevant number.
Don't post it in this thread, but add it in Private Notes for staff to check, if you are not sorted by Monday. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...Personal Information. Near the end of that area, add the rogue number in Private Notes. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
