False "Missed Call" every 30 minutes

We moved to Full Fibre in October, but in the last couple of days our home phone registers a Missed Call every 30 minutes, at 11 minutes past every hour and half hour. The phone does not ring  and no-one is calling us, details say number WITHHELD but we have to delete all these 48 non-calls from the phone's call list every day, or the memory fills up. 

Our home phone is a BT Aura, connected to a new TalkTalk router. 

Please can you tell me what to do to get rid of this nuisance?

To TalkTalk team: thanks, everything is working ok now and the phantom "missed calls" have stopped. Whatever you did has worked!

@Daveb_3333, please return to the message board and click on start a topic so that your post doesn't get muddled up with the other customer's. 

 

You need a separate thread so that it's clear whose service is being helped.

I have the same issue tried ringing talktalk who said there was an issue with the system.

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

 

I've made a change to a setting, please can you monitor the line over the weekend and I will check in again with you on Monday to make sure the issue has been resolved.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @MaryOO, and they will then magic away the issue tomorrow when they pick up your thread. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add the Talktalk phone number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
