I see others reporting faults on their landline so assume this is a nationwide problem? Do I need to report it to TalkTalk? Carol

Hi Carol
Thanks for updating your Community Profile.
I can see that this fault has been passed to Openreach and has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.
I will keep monitoring for updates and I will post back on this thread.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi Carol
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.
Thanks
Debbie

There's nothing showing on service status dashboard, so you should report it, @CarolWo.
You haven't stated the nature of the fault. If it's a total loss of service they need to repair it within so many days etc.
Staff are not on here until Monday, so call in if you can on 03451 720088 or use Chat.
