A little advise pretty please.

Looking to completely remove this (after previous downgrades) as to the best of my memory no one we know has called us this way this year and vice versa.

On the off-chance, if a call had to be made what are the rates?

Also again on the off-chance, if someone called us would this connect and would there be any cost to us?

Finally, I trust removing this doesn't affect the supply of the broadband service I'm more then happy with ?

Thank you,

@Mozaic_1979 I have removed the boost it will be de-activated in 24 hours; you will be charged standard call rates when you are using the landline to call.

Thank you for update,

Yes, I no longer need the evening and weekends boost currently in place and happy for

this to be removed.

I will pay the standard rates (in the unlikely event of making any call on this).

Profile updated
Thanks

Staff here can remove this for you.

There are no charges to receive a call.

Rates for making calls can be found here.

If you wish staff to remove the boost, please post back and confirm.

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
