Home phone not working

Our phone hasn't worked for several days. We had Fibre Broadband installed recently, but the home phone was working after that for a few days.

Thank you. Can I just confirm, are you using an eero with a digital voice adapter connected for the voice service?

@Butterfly3, could you clarify for staff in this thread, what landline are you using?

 

Traditional copper...? This can be an ADSL (slower) Fast Broadband service or (faster packages) Fibre to the cabinet. 

OR

HUB2 router with full fibre?

OR

Eero with Digital Voice Adapter. 

 

The last 2 are with Fibre to the premises.

Our landline phone is still not working. It's a week since talking to TalkTalk, and they said they would be in touch on my mobile. Havnt heard anything since.
