Look out for staff following up again on here tomorrow, @Anonymous. They will have finished for today.

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Thanks Gliwmaeden2

Just to confirm, is this an intermittent fault? @Anonymous

Is this a continuation of the same fault, or has it started up again, @Anonymous ?

Hi Dmplatts

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line tests are clear - No faults detected.

Have you tested with a different phone directly at the test socket?
