Hello im new here and not leaving virgin till the 10th of November and my go live date with talk talk is the same day and i wanted to keep my old number but i did not see the option for that when i placed my order
my grandad receives a lot of phone calls from doctors and it is easier for us to keep the same number can anyone help me

If you do require your number, the best option is to cancel and replace the order via our sales team over the phone specifically asking for us to migrate your number away from VM.

It may be that you will need to cancel the order and start again, with another look at the ordering process to include your landline number.
But wait to get up to date advice from staff during the day. They are on here Monday to Friday to respond.
