Need some help, please. I am having a dispute with the DWP and I need proof of when I 'phoned them and also the Job Centre. Both are 0800 numbers, which are not listed in itemised calls. Also I was 'phoned on 12th July, I believe by DWP, but they are denying it. Is there any way at all I can see what numbers called me on 12th July. Bit of a long shot I know, but I need to prove somehow that I was called then. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is my understanding that 0800 calls are not included in the itemised call list on the bills, because certain helplines, e.g. for domestic violence, use 0800 numbers, whereas the person who reads the bill may be the perpetrator, and the number may be being called by the victim. That is the reason given by Sky on their website, and I supposed it was also the reason such calls are not listed by TalkTalk.

Hi fedup
Outgoing calls should be listed on your bill. The only 0800 incoming call on the 12/07 was at 14:25 till 14:34.
Hope that helps.

Do you have Caller Identity Display?
If you haven't deleted anything, the 0800 numbers should show up on there, whether dialled, missed or answered, @fedup.
