My VIOP is constantly losing its line when the phone is plugged into the EERO.
All the blue lights are solid on the grandstorm so the only time we know something is wrong is when somebody calls us on our mobile to tell us the landline is going straight to voicemail.
The only way I can get the VIOP line back is to disconnect everything from the EERO and turn it off plug the phone into the grandstorm and restart it then when there is a dial tone switch everything back through the EERO and switch it on and cross my fingers. Sometimes it returns straight away and sometimes I have to repeat this until it works.
Can anybody help as it is getting very frustrating !!!

I'm really sorry to hear this. Would you like us to send a replacement Digital Voice Adapter for testing purposes to rule this out? We would also send a returns bag so that one of the DVA's can be returned.
