Callsafe - is mine on or off?

I've had CallSafe for a long time and know how to use it to add a new number.  I'm assuming it's still on because a) I'm not getting spam calls and b) 'My Add-ons' tells me I have 2 active add-ons, one of which is CallSafe.

Today, I went to add the number of a new friend but when I go to the Manage page it says 'CallSafe is currently switched off for this Phone number'.

Why the anomaly between this message and the My Add-ons confirmation?

To be able to 'Manage' CallSafe it seems like I've no option but to turn it on.  Will this reset everything and cause my old friends to have to record their name again?

Thanks

Thanks, fr8ys.  I decided to do nothing, log out and wait to see if maybe it was just a glitch.  It was! Jut been into my account and CallSafe is On and manageable.  Thanks for your time.

Thinking about this further, if you have numbers stored in your blocked number list under list management then it's not been turned off and will be active.

If its been turned off, this list will have disappeared, always assuming you previously blocked some numbers.

Unfortunately if its been turned off your extended list is lost.

Turning it on will populate your whitelist with numbers called recently but you have no way of knowing which numbers it's added as all are shown as number withheld.

How do I know this? I moved a few weeks ago, kept my existing number but callsafe was disconnected during the transfer!
