Morning,

The latest update is that the engineers have repaired the cabling and that the fault should now be resolved. Do you now have a dial tone/is the voice service ok?

Thanks

Hello,

There is an additional update to advise that additional cabling work is needed so we will continue to monitor for further updates from the engineers.

Thanks

Hi MelodicEmu

I've completed another line test and this is clear. I have also checked another system and this is detecting a potential issue in your area, engineers have arrived on site to assess the cables for any physical damage.

We will check on this again later this afternoon for additional updates.

Hi, Yes the phone is connected to the test socket. I have run two tests this morning and both have reported there is a fault.

Hi MelodicEmu

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I can see that a line test has been completed this morning and this test is clear - No faults detected.

Is the phone currently connected at the test socket?
