Engineer came on Wednesday said the fault was outside. Still waiting for Openreach to fix problem. Can you help.

It's best to report it using Chat today, @Sharon1874 , to get engineers onto it ASAP, if need be.

Staff will not be on here before tomorrow. 

Perhaps elaborate on whether the phone seems totally dead etc.
