TalkTalk do not offer any landline only deals. All landlines are bundled within the broadband which forms your contract. There are no reductions offered if you just use your phone either.
ISPs rarely offer landline only deals. Google may help.
Going forward with the removal of copper lines and making calls over VOIP, this means that all calls will be made over the internet
