Hi @jellybee1!

The line test is now clear, no loop fault detected.

If you connect just the phone at the test socket is the no dial tone fault still present?

If the no dial tone fault is still present with 2 different phones at the test socket then we will need to arrange an engineer visit to the property.

Thanks

Hi @jellybee1!

Would it be ok for me to run the line test at 8.15am? (with all equipment removed)

Hi @jellybee1!

It's just to see if the loop fault clears when all equipment is removed.

Thanks

Hi @jellybee1!

Thanks for your reply.

Would it be possible to remove everything from the line (including faceplate, router and phone) for 15 minutes so I can run another line test in this set up?

Hi @jellybee1!

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line test has detected a loop fault and this fault can often be caused by internal wiring or equipment connected to the line.

Is the phone connected at the test socket at the moment?

Have you tried connecting your phone to the test socket? Subject to that, wait for a response from the support team.
