Line Noise

Over the last few weeks we have been experiencing more and more frequent broadband interruptions (although our broadband is with another company). We have also found phone calls are getting more and more filled with crackling and noise.

Eventually today we checked the broadband modem and it shows a noise margin of only 3.2dB.

We've tried a different microfilter, tried calling with only the phone plugged in etc. and the line continues to crackle.

What is the process for requesting it be fixed?
