My landline has been off for 3 days and I see there is a known fault. Putting it on here as I see on my account it states everything is working fine. Other people in my area having the same issue so definitely due to the known fault not my equipment.
Wasn't sure if I had to post a new topic as I couldn't add my comment onto others.

My VoIP landline is working now. Thank you. I still have an outstanding issue with Three mobile users being unable to connect to my VoIP landline but that is a separate issue and is still being investigated.

Same as other messages re landline been off for 2 days at least . Suppost to be working on it . Help line says problem in the south east we are North Yorkshire !!

We apologize for this @Fraser07 . It would appear that we have an issue with our VoIP services. We will have an update soon and we'll communicate this once the team working on this has resolved it.

I too have lost my VoIP telephone landline connection. Came back from holiday on Saturday and just kept hearing a continuous tone. When I contacted TT by text I kept getting messages saying there was a problem with VoIP in the South East. I live in Glasgow so I assume this outage thing is affecting the whole country?

Same for my father-in-law, internet fine, landline off since Saturday - shows not registered on status page. Continuous tone on handset. White/orange flashing on router. Located in north Kent. Online account service checker has detected a fault and has been logged.

As Fr8ys says, just keep an eye on the updates.
If you find that, once Talktalk posts on Service Status Dashboard that it's resolved, but you still have problems with the phone, do follow up on this thread. You did do the right thing to start your own.
