I have not been able to make or receive phone calls for 2 weeks now. I thought it was my phone but I tried switching them off and back on , also turning Eero & modem off . So on the 5th December I went onto Chat but it was no help. I did have a text saying it had been fixed, but it hadn’t so I went back on Chat bur to no avail. Then I had an email & text saying it had been fixed but again it was not fixed, so back on chat another hour wasted but he did give me a job number this was now 9th December, I tried to chat last night & today but surprise! Surprise! They are busy. Tried phoning but that took me back to chat. I even told them last time this happened it was a fault between exchange and the box, also there has been a lot of cable works around, but I am just going around in circles, at 83yrs old & just lost my husband this is the last thing I need.

Just to confirm, do you mean that you've cancelled your broadband service completely?

I had a text from your how did I do team saying the fault was solved. But I can assure it is not and this has been going on since 5th December. I have been with you since you were Tiscali and this is the first time I am seriously thinking of changing my network

If possible could you also test with a second telephone to rule out a fault with the phone

Not sure if you got my last reply. Only telephone is not working, the 3 blue lights are on the Grandstream box

your broadband service is working OK?
Your telephone is connected to the digial voice adapter and is dead?
Which lights are on, on the digital voice adapter?

I did as you asked. I switched everything off including television & talktalk t.v. box but it is still dead

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service, apologies for any inconvenience. Is the line completely dead, no dial tone?
Could you switch off the ONT, eero and digital voice adapter and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch them back on and retest. If it's then still not working I'll pass it over to our Future FIbre team for further investigation
