I have last caller barring as an option but 14258 only gets “this service is unavailable’.

Hi

 

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

The service is unavailable AGAIN!

 

I was only given this number yesterday by a TalkTalk Customer Advice rep. And first time using it: failed. Please can you "reset" the system again because we are getting daily nuisance calls from tubers that the phone abuser keep changing. Thank you

Can you try again in a few hours,  Ive requested a reset in the backend.

Despite spending a great deal of time on the telephone with the Talk Talk technical dept., in an attempt to have last-caller barring, (it is selected as an Add-on in my account) I am still getting “the service requested is not available”.
