Hi Gillian26
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.
Thanks
Debbie

@Gillian26, in these days of scammers etc, Talktalk has to be extremely careful that they only speak to the account holder.
The ways around this involve Power of Attorney/ Authority to Act, but you can also organise a nominated user:
For anything like this, use the forum search engine for further information .
Also, Talktalk needs you to register for accessibility support if you are vulnerable for health reasons etc:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/TalkTalk-Accessibility/ct-p/talktalk-accessibility
Back to the present situation, those fault tickets on My Connection cannot be relied upon ..... it is one of these things that I have reported many times, and it renders that means of support very unsatisfactory.
However, staff will be back on the forum in the morning. Look out for their reply.
Ensure that you have completed your community forum Profile details for them to identify your account.
