Lost Connection

My landline connection failed and was reported on 15/7.  Since then I have had several messages saying the fault is under investigation.  I contacted customers services with my concerns about the time taken to resolve the fault, I received no help and was eventually cut off.  Can anybody advise me if there is anybody or a number that I can contact that I can talk to to speed up the repair.
